7. No Guarantee of Results

If changes are made, the new Terms will take effect immediately upon posting within the Course platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Wichita, Kansas.
